Jason West
Founder & Managing Partner
A retired U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel with over 25 years of leadership experience, having led Marine units in high-pressure environments like Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Jason’s military background ensures a disciplined, strategic approach to business growth. He is also the published author of the book "Leadership Development: A Blueprint for Building Your Leadership Foundation," where he outlines actionable leadership principles that shape OEL’s approach to helping businesses grow.
Jim Stirewalt
Partner
Jim brings over three decades of expertise in business management, sales, consulting, and go-to-market strategies to OEL. His career highlights include senior executive roles at IBM and SAP, collaborations with the DoD, and engagements with many innovative startups and Fortune 500 companies. He excels in developing go-to-market plans that drive successful market entries and product launches. Jim also has experience working with Private Equity firms, enhancing portfolio performance and aligning business strategies with investor expectations.
