The Founder

Hey, I’m Jason West, and I’m glad that you’re here. I have 25+ years experience leading and developing teams as a U.S. Marine, entrepreneur, and business professional. Over this time, I have founded two companies and successfully sold one.  I had the oppoturnity to serve in combat environments in Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan and retired as Lieutenant Colonel in 2018.

I was able to learn about leadership and small business ownership over that time.  I’ve applied the U.S. Marine philosophy of Officers Eat Last, or servant leadership, to my life in the business world and have personally seen its benefits. I want to offer you a way to see those same benefits in your small business.
